Scampston Park Lodges is set within the beautiful estate of Scampston Hall. The family have stewarded the estate for generations, utterly absorbed in the task, and relishing the beauty of the landscape and all it offers. As a family-run business, we offer personable service to all our prospective and current lodge owners. A complimentary annual membership to our visitor attraction is also included when you buy a lodge, which includes access to our award-winning walled garden and 70-acre ‘Capability’ Brown parkland, along with discounts in the plant nursery.

We believe our lodge park is the perfect spot for a holiday home. Situated midway between the historic city of York and the seaside town of Scarborough, there is plenty to see and do in the area. Just five miles from the idyllic market town of Malton and nestled within the Vale of Pickering, this is an area with real character.

Within just 25 miles, there are over 100 Yorkshire Tourist Board recognised visitor attractions, from Castle Howard to the North York Moors Railway. For walkers and cyclists, the Wolds and Moors are situated very nearby with excellent views and cycle routes. The North Yorkshire Coast is home to many picturesque towns, including Whitby, Ravenscar and Robin Hood’s Bay. This area of Britain’s coastline is known as Yorkshire’s Dinosaur Coast and is the perfect spot to hunt for fossils while enjoying breath-taking views all around.
